To work at home – Or not work at home?

Just found this interesting little article about freelancers and people who work at home or telecommute, starting to get out of the house to be around other like minded individuals and get away from the distractions of, well, working at home.

Could this type of thing be something that the Watercooler possibly takes on or maybe a part of the building is used for?
