Watercooler – Creativity | Business | Boise

So I noticed last week that the Watercooler has it’s sign up on the building now. I decided to stop and take a picture of it today while I was out riding my scooter around so that I could share it with the rest of you who may not have seen it yet. Anyone know who did the design of this sign? Also – Anyone know when the Watercooler plans to be finished and open, or any idea of who will be using space there yet?

    Hi,

    I talked to Mark yesterday.
    They are currently painting it and are ready for the first people to move in in about 10 days.

    Rent is 700 for an office and 200 for a desk, with the goal that companies move in and out within a year or so.
